Log in to your account or use our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the eyewear in its original presentation box, ensuring all booklets, cleaning cloths, and limited-edition cards are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our atelier inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
